What services do you offer ?

We offer ready to ship unique curated gifts.

We also offer customized gifts. Please click here to get in touch with us or email us at gift@personallythoughtful.com to learn more about how we can customize the perfect gift for those special in your life. This service is typically used when you have 3 or more gift recipients. However, we can certainly customize a gift for that special someone.

When should I expect my gift to arrive after placing an order?

For Ready to ship gifts, please allow up to 3 days for processing once order is received. Processing time does not include transit time. Ready to ship boxes will ship following processing times and should arrive within 1-3 days depending on the location within the US. For customized gifts, the creation and delivery process will depend on the scope of the work.

Do you ship internationally?

Apologies, but at this time we only ship within the United States of America

Is there any way I can track my package?

Yes. We will email you the tracking information once shipped.

What happens if my recipient receives damaged goods? 

Personally Thoughtful asks that you provide a description/image of the damaged goods and send to gift@personallythoughtful.com . We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue with an equal replacement, credit, or whatever works best.

Is there a return policy?

Because each gift is unique, we will not be able to accept it back. However, we will gladly work with you if any of the items arrive damaged.

Is there an option to add a greeting card?

Yes, we have lovely greeting cards available. If you would like to purchase a greeting card you can add to your cart at the time of checkout. Personally Thoughtful will gladly write a personalized message on your behalf.
